Initial Meeting / Consultation for Kitchen or Bath Remodel - $450 - 1.5-2 hrs. (Can be applied to Design/Bid Package)
Initial meeting and consultation is all about educating potential client(s) about the possibilities, and listening to their concerns and goals. We will discuss the process and create realistic expectations together. It is an excellent opportunity for us to see your project in person to get an overview of the scope.

• I will listen to your goals / concepts and solutions will be discussed
• I work with the best sub-contractor(s) and create a team of talented professionals that create a specific fit for your project
• This $450 fee will apply to the next stage of your job
Project Design & Planning - Design Construction Bid Package - (Total depends on Scope of the job), Typically $2,500
• Concepts will be presented, we usually spend 2-5 hours shopping for finishes, fixtures or furnishings based on your design direction
• It will take a few weeks to prepare a written proposal with detailed pricing based on labor costs and selections of all materials (cabinets, counter, tile choices, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint, etc…)
• After the proposal is finalized, we will discuss a reasonable timeline to complete the job, schedules, subcontractor availability, etc.
General Contractor - Management/Construction phase - Cost is contingent on scope and overall cost of the project - CCB #209006
After Design is complete, I would be honored to oversee/manage/build your remodel project, assisting with:
• Project management • Troubleshooting • Customization • Scheduling • Oversee quality • Partnering directly with vendors and sub-contractors
Designer for a day - $600
If you simply need help selecting fixtures, colors, tile and finishes for your project, I also offer “Designer for a Day”. Maybe you have a great builder, who is not going to get excited about the design details. I can collaborate with you by spending 5-6 hours (depending on the scope of your job) helping you select and shop for your final selections so the job can move forward. I will provide a streamlined approach to help select the best finishes for your job. Let’s schedule a day that works for both parties to shop together for what you need, and wrap it up in one day.
